Full Time Sales Negotiator; Basic Salary plus bonuses for on target earnings of between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Due to expansion and working from our very busy City office on Ryhope Road, we are looking for a sales negotiator with immediate effect. The successful candidate will require a full driving license and their own car for which a mileage allowance will be paid for company use. Estate Agency experience would help but is not essential as we are far more interested in your sales ability and your ability to communicate sincerely and effectively with buyers and sellers, working as part of a very successful team. Saturday working will be required on a rota basis.

Full Time Valuer; Basic Salary plus bonuses for on target earnings of around £30,000 per annum open ended, plus Car Allowance or Company Car
Due to further planned expansion of our branch network, we are looking to recruit a Valuer over the coming months, who must exhibit the very highest standards of performance in their current sales role, whether this is currently in estate agency or an alternative face to face sales position. Full training will be provided, where needed, as we are far more interested in the candidate's transferable interpersonal skills and their ability to project an enthusiastic, sincere, professional impression to clients. Full Time Mortgage Support /Admin Manager; Basic Salary plus bonuses for on target earnings of around £15,000 to £20,000 per annum and increasing as our mortgage business grows.
Due to growth in our mortgage advice business, we are now looking for a full time Mortgage Support / Admin Manager to start August/September, working from our Mortgage Advice department at Ryhope Road, Sunderland. The role will be the first position in the creation of an admin support department which will provide full admin support services to Mortgage Advisors including submission of applications to lenders, following up of case progressions with lenders and clients, monitoring projected revenues and compliance monitoring. The position will report directly into the Director of Financial Services and is an exciting opportunity for someone who has some mortgage admin experience and would like to pursue their career with a growing business.

If you're a professional Mortgage Advisor with full CeMap qualifications, we're always interested in talking to you. As a directly authorised firm, we wont tie you up with huge quantities of unnecessary compliance work as we complete our own, in-house compliance work and ensure that this is not overly onerous for the advisors. We prefer you to concentrate on what you're good at and we pick up as much of the unproductive tasks as possible.
